Accepted Payment Methods

We are an online based company so our main payment methods accepted are:

  • Online Payment through Payfast
  • EFT
  • Bank Deposit

We unfortunately do not accept COD or cash payments at all due to the health and safety protocol we have put into place as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Collection of Orders

We are an online business however during this time- to make your life easier- we are offering our local Capetownian customers the option to collect their order from our Muizenberg hub. These collections are by appointment only.

How do you collect? Simply select ‘Muizenberg Pick up’ when checking out online.

As soon as your order has been processed and is ready for collection, you will be messaged with further information regarding the collection.

Refunds

Once your item has been received at our hub, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will provide options for the refund and initiate the process.

Online Shops

For online shops, trading within South Africa, we offer our standard wholesale options with varying discount price tiers based on total order value. We are also open to chatting regarding the needs and requirements for your company, so please feel free to contact us and we can find a solution that is perfect for you!

Log a Return

To initiate the return process, please contact us including the following information:

  • Order Number
  • Date of Delivery/Collection
  • Reason for Return
  • Images of the item in question to accompany the request

Return Shipping

Should the reason for return not be as a direct result of our actions, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund

Ineligible Items

Whilst we accept we returns on most of our products, please find below the exceptions:

  • Items that were on Sale
  • Face Masks (due to health & safety concerns)
  • Custom Sized Swimwear tops & Full Costumes
  • ANY swimwear bottoms that have been worn/used. Please ensure you leave the hygiene sticker and your underwear on whilst trying them on.
  • Earrings (for hygienic purposes)
