Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with an order number confirming your order and payment (or banking details to make payment)

If you do not receive this email, please check your junk and spam folder as sometimes our messages can get lost along the way. If you still have not received it after an hour, please pop us a mail (info@lakotainspirations.com) or message (061 063 8722).

You can also log on to our website and go to your account to view the status of your order (if you have signed up an account before placing your order).

Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will be sent tracking details for your parcel. You will then be able to track your parcel from pickup to your doorstep!

Orders are processed on our website from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on the weekend are queued based on when they were received and completed (POP received) and processed the following business day. Any orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following day.

Order processing for Jewellery & Accessories

Orders for jewellery placed on our website are subject to a 1-3 working day processing time for smaller jewellery items/orders and 2-5 working days for larger orders. Our business days run from Monday-Friday.

Important Note:
At times, we do offer rush order handling as an extra add on service, should you require your parcel URGENTLY! Please contact us before placing your order to find out if this option is available at the time.

Ordering online is super easy! (and safe!)

We suggest that you firstly register an account with us. That way, you can view your order status, track your shipment as well as change addresses, delivery information and view past orders.

Once you signed up for an account- which you can do by clicking HERE, all you need to do is start browsing our online shop.

1. Add all the items you would like to your cart. Once you have decided on your treasures, simply go to your cart (at all times, you can find your cart in the top right hand corner of the page).
2. Hit checkout and follow the onscreen instructions.
3. At this stage, you will be able to choose your delivery option as well as your payment option.
4. Proceed with the payment and voila! You are all done.

(!Remember, if paying via EFT or bank deposit, don’t forget to use your order # as your reference when sending us proof of payment)
