Tracking Your Order Process
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email from us with an order number confirming your order and payment (or banking details to make payment)
If you do not receive this email, please check your junk and spam folder as sometimes our messages can get lost along the way. If you still have not received it after an hour, please pop us a mail (email@example.com) or message (061 063 8722).
You can also log on to our website and go to your account to view the status of your order (if you have signed up an account before placing your order).
Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will be sent tracking details for your parcel. You will then be able to track your parcel from pickup to your doorstep!
